APHA launches new customer service standards

The Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) has launched its new Customer Service Standards.

The standards are designed to be measureable where possible and the agency’s delivery against the new standards will provide evidence of successful customer service and will also identify where performance could be improved.

This week is National Customer Service Week and businesses and service industries, including government agencies, are raising awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.
