New ministerial appointments at the MOD: July 2016

Further ministerial appointments have been announced at the Ministry of Defence following Theresa May becoming Prime Minister.

The final ministerial team is as follows:

• Secretary of State for Defence – The Rt Hon Michael Fallon MP
• Minister of State for the Armed Forces – The Rt Hon Mike Penning MP
• Minister of State in the House of Lords – Rt Hon Earl Howe PC
• Parliamentary Under Secretary of State and Minister for Defence Veterans, Reserves and Personnel – Mark Lancaster TD VR MP
• Parliamentary Under Secretary of State and Minister for Defence Procurement - Harriett Baldwin MP
