e/2838 - Mobile Robotic Platform and Manipulators
The School of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Leeds is seeking tenders for mobile robotic platforms and manipulators to mount on mobile robots. The platforms or combined platforms will inspect difficult to access real world environments (e.g historical buildings, oil rigs, mines). These sites are often not open to humans and typically have difficult access points with obstacles and steps. The equipment required to undertake research into mapping and sampling of indoors and outdoors environments. Two identical systems are required.
