National Park Authorities and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Conservation Boards

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs are seeking new Secretary of State members for seven National Park Authorities (NPA) and one Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Conservation Board (AONB)

There are 19 vacancies across 8 boards:

• Dartmoor NPA (1 vacancy)
• Exmoor NPA (3 vacancies)
• New Forest NPA (1 vacancy)
• Northumberland NPA (2 vacancies)
• Peak District NPA (1 vacancy)
• South Downs NPA (5 vacancies)
• Yorkshire Dales NPA (2 vacancies)
• Cotswolds AONB (4 vacancies)

To quote Lord Gardiner, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Rural Affairs and Biosecurity:

As a Secretary of State appointed member, you will have the opportunity to help conserve and enhance our most treasured landscapes now and for future generations.
