The cover of vaccination evaluated rapidly programme (COVER) evaluates childhood immunisation in England, with data available for children aged 1, 2 and 5 years.

Corrections
These statistics were corrected on 25 September 2025 following the detection of an error resulting from the duplication of some records from Buckinghamshire UTLA. Coverage for Buckinghamshire was not impacted, but the number of children vaccinated and the number of children eligible for vaccination were double the expected level for April 2024 to March 2025. The correction has impacted coverage estimates throughout the publication for the South East region (by up to 0.2 percentage points), England and the UK (by up to 0.1 percentage points). Details of the specific data tables impacted are set out in the accompanying data spreadsheet. Additional checks have been introduced to the production process.
