In February 2025, this government published and consulted on the Construction Products Reform Green Paper. This White Paper is the next decisive step in our response to the urgent need for reform across our construction products regime.
This consultation seeks views on a package of proposals for reform of the construction products regime. Responsibilities associated with the use or running of buildings or infrastructure are out of scope.
Alongside this consultation, we have also published a:
