Homes England’s new Strategic Plan sets out our mission, “to drive regeneration and housing delivery to create high-quality homes and thriving places across England”. At the heart of this is a commitment to work with places, including rural communities, to deliver on their housing and regeneration priorities. To do this we bring together all our assets – our relationships, our unique blend of skills and expertise, our statutory powers, our land, and our financial support – to deliver housing and mixed-use schemes. We work in partnership with the whole market to drive delivery of the government’s housing and regeneration priorities.
