Synopsis: This conference provides a practical guide to measuring, demonstrating and safely expanding nursing competence with a focus on delivering the competence element of the 6C’s and demonstrating competence in preparation for Nursing Revalidation.

Details:

The day will focus on developing competence in advanced nursing roles and practice, both technical and non technical skills, using competency frameworks, identifying and expanding competences needed for practice, leadership competencies, monitoring nursing competence and identifying and responding where there may be shortfalls or a lack of competence.
