Synopsis: The aims of this master class are to introduce the participants to the key concepts, principles and benefits of Service Innovation and Improvement for practice development.

It is acknowledged in this time of significant change within service delivery that competency based outcomes are essential not only for internal but external scrutiny of standards by regulatory and legal bodies.

This masterclass is being facilitated by Bruce Sheppy. Bruce is an experienced businessman and academic with extensive board experience in healthcare contexts including Director of a private hospital group as well in a NHS acute trust, including Chair and Audit Committee roles.
