Synopsis: This conference featuring extended interactive sessions focuses on developing effective clinical team working. Aimed at all members of the multidisciplinary team and those who manage and support them the event will focus on what makes an excellent clinical team, how can we assess team effectiveness, developing teams and team leadership, case studies on team development and turning around dysfunctional teams or difficult colleagues within teams.
