Synopsis: This conference will provide a practical guide to delivering pharmacist care, developing the role of the pharmacist.

Details:

The conference will open with a presentation giving a national update on pharmacist led care from NHS England. The conference sessions will then focus on pharmacist led care, developing the pharmacist role as part of the multidisciplinary team, setting up and running pharmacist led clinics, and extended in depth focus on pharmacist prescribing and pharmacist medication review. The closing session will focus on developing your role as a pharmacist including the role of consultant pharmacists in driving forward pharmacist led care.
