Synopsis: Discharge planning is at the core of indicators for successful Hospital. This Master Class offers the opportunity to interact with a skilled facilitator to guide new and practical ways of approaching Nurse Led Discharge and discharge planning issues.

Details:

The Master Class will begin with a core lecture on the 10 Policy Steps underpinning discharge planning at a National Level. This is followed by an analysis of two core areas, namely:  Estimating dates for discharge and Nurse Led Discharge will form the basis for case based discussions, analysis and practical advice.
