This one day interactive masterclass, facilitated by Kate Hill a Senior Solicitor aims to provide an understanding of the principles and legal requirements regarding patient information storage, sharing and disposal. From there, guidance will be given on developing organisational-level policies and protocols that will help with day-to-day management of this key function of the health and social care service.
