The programme will focus on developing the skills of Clinical Directors and aspiring Clinical Directors in areas including learning from patients, process redesign and improvement, delivering the standard for 7 day working at directorate level, managing directorate finances and ensuring clinical ownership of directorate data and information.

Delegates will have the opportunity to hear from a series of experienced Clinical and Medical Directors on difficult issues Clinical Directors face including managing poor performance and supporting doctors in difficulty and improving team performance and effective team working.
