2017 is set to become a pivotal year for NHS property professionals. It is a year that will see CHP, NHS Property Services and other as yet unnamed agencies transition into a new single, central property body.

It is a year that will see the beginning of the implementation of the Sustainability and Transformation Plans (STPs) by each of the 44 geographical 'footprints'.

It is a year in which pressures upon health and care services are forecast by many observers to reach new heights and crucially, it is the year when the Naylor Report recommendations start to be put into effect.

NHS Property 2017 (the sixth year of the annual event) will provide the perfect opportunity for circa 250 senior NHS personnel who have an interest in and responsibility for property and land, to come together with their peers to hear from the senior level policy makers, strategists and solution providers that the event always attracts.
