This event will explore what those papers tell us about a no-deal Brexit and how the government is preparing.

Our panel includes:

• • Philip Rycroft, former permanent secretary for the Department for Exiting the EU
• • Rosamund Urwin, senior reporter, for The Sunday Times
• • Joe Owen, programme director at the Institute for Government

The event will be chaired by Jill Rutter, programme director at the Institute for Government. There will also be an opportunity for audience questions.
