Synopsis: A DSL advanced learning opportunity providing up to date advice and guidance to support DSLs in their role. This will be packed full of top tips and address some of the most needed safeguarding topics for DSLs. This masterclass is designed to support both experienced and new to role DSLs.

The ever increasing responsibilities of the DSL mean we constantly need to refresh our learning and understanding. This masterclass is provided by experienced safeguarding practitioners with over 30 years combined experience in front line and strategic safeguarding in education. Learning objectives fit within KCSIE 2022 and this masterclass will ensure you are ready to not only do what is required but also capture the evidence in these areas.

There will be opportunities provided for networking with other safeguarding professionals in education and there will be time to ask questions and make sure this masterclass provides you with exactly what will help you in your role. Safeguarding governors would benefit from attending this masterclass as they will have additional information to quality assure safeguarding practice and inform their work with DSLs.
