NiB host an annual one-day conference each March during Neurodiversity Celebration Week, which will bring together corporate members, partners and the community of neurodivergent individuals and their allies.

This will give opportunities for the ND community, DE&I thought leaders and ND service/product providers to present innovative ideas and neuroinclusive best practices.

NiB will also use this conference as a platform to report findings/outcomes from workplace research, highlight newly created resources for its members and present charitable impacts alongside future plans – making it attractive to national media.

The various exhibition and sponsorship packages (available from only £2,000) will ensure delegate access, exhibition space to raise awareness of employee support groups and employment initiatives that make you stand out from the crowd directly to neurodiverse talent, and marketing opportunities as standard to ensure you get maximum exposure and benefit from the knowledge shared at the conference.

 

Neurodiversity in Business (NiB) is a UK based charity, and is the established industry body on matters related to neuroinclusivity in the workplace.

NiB is perfectly placed with cross-party government support, strong partnerships with charities and relevant service/product providers, and the lived experience from neurodivergent employees to be the catalyst for improved practices and policies across all industry sectors.

We need access to funding, resources and time to empower our volunteer-led organisation to make a significant societal impact and improve our economy by demonstrating that supporting neurodiverse talent is a competitive advantage.
