MEDICO-LEGAL FOUNDATION COURSE - CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE

Venue: Hybrid - Middle Temple, London and online

Synopsis: 1000 to 1730 daily

This two-day introduction to expert witness work may be attended as individual days or as a block – the first day concentrates on Personal Injury, while the second focusses on Clinical Negligence.

Those who attend day one and day two together can get a sample redacted report reviewed by one of the Faculty by the end of day two and oral (video) feedback.

Attending either day ensures entry onto the SpecialistInfo Faculty of Expert Witnesses and awards 5 CPD points per day. In person or live online options are available.

The lead course presenters are Jonathan Dingle and Andrea Barnes, both leading barristers from Normanton Chambers.
