Supporting tenants, their homes and communities are at the heart of every Housing Association’s vision. In recent years, priorities have evolved to incorporate an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy to enhance sustainability, reduce environmental impact and improve social value. The housing sector and wider land and property market have been making great strides towards achieving these goals.

This year’s Cadcorp Housing Conference will explore ‘spatial insight’ and its role in a range of operational and strategic activities for Housing Associations. This includes the early detection and prevention of issues such as damp and mould, identifying assets where environmental impact can be improved, and enabling customer-led services for residents. Throughout, we will examine ways in which ESG efforts can be advanced further to ensure a sustainable and equitable future.
