About the Speakers...
Dr Olga Dobrushina has been working with neurodivergent clients for over 10 years, as a medical doctor, psychologist, and team leader. Olga is neurodivergent herself and is a neuroscientist with special interests in the mind- body connection and neurotechnology. Currently, she combines private practice with research at the University of Strathclyde, Laboratory for Innovation in Autism (Glasgow).
Dr Dawn Harris, founder of Kedras Clinics, has over 15 years of experience working with neurodivergent clients. She is committed to raising awareness about the unique challenges and strengths of all individuals, especially within organisational dynamics. Her work, based on the latest neuroscience, is pioneering new ways to understand and support neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with additional mental health challenges. Dr Harris is a seasoned trainer, consultant, and sought-after speaker.
